Man City Fined Over £2 Million
The Cityzens have been fined £2.09 million for 22 breaches of rules regarding kick-offs and restarts, meaning that they were guilty of delaying the starting and second half restarting of matches 22 times over the last two seasons.

Transferts EPL
Pascal Gross has officially left Brighton and Hove Albion after seven years and has joined Borussia Dortmund on a two-year contract. The transfer fee is believed to be around £8 million, possibly rising to £10 million with performance-related add-ons. (Brighton official announcement)
Conor Gallagher has turned down a three-year contract extension with Chelsea. He is believed to have his mind set on a move to Atletico Madrid, and Sky Sports claims that an agreement has been reached between the two clubs.
Manchester United have returned to the negotiations table with Barcelone over a deal for Frenkie de Jong, as the Spanish team are in dire need of a big sale to stabilise their finances this summer. (El Nacional)
Tottenham have reportedly made advances towards an agreement over personal terms with the representatives of Loups attacker Pedro Neto. Spurs are now reportedly ahead of their north London rivals Arsenal in the race for his signature. (Football Transferts)
Back with El Nacional, we learn that Chelsea et Real Madrid are close to an agreement for a swap deal involving goalkeepers Andriy Lunin et Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Liverpool are confident that they can seal a deal for Sporting gréviste Viktor Gyokeres and pay around £58.9 million, according to Portuguese publication O Jogo.
Lastly, two bits about Newcastle. Firstly, El Nacional informs us of a £67.6 million bid for Arda Guler, who Real Madrid are not interested in selling. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail says that Newcastle attempted to sign Joe Gomez de Liverpool last month and failed, but the defender is still open to the idea of leaving Anfield this window.
