CONFIRMED: Raheem Sterling will be playing on a season-long loan for Arsenal this term, after being deemed surplus to requirements at Chelsea. This transfer required a deal sheet to be submitted to the Premier League in order to be completed after the deadline. Rumour has it that he had to agree to a pay cut in order for the deal to go through, and that the two clubs are paying equal shares of his wages for the duration of the loan. The striker is currently nursing a foot issue, so will be unavailable for the next couple of weeks. The Toffees will have the option to make the move permanent next summer.
