Nejlepší tipy FPL pro 6. herní týden
Gameweek 6 looks like the week for chip activation. Wherever you turn for Fantasy Premier League tips, this is the main story. Whether you choose to believe those narratives and take the advice, however, is up to you.
Still, it is pretty solid advice, especially because of the shift in momentum between the two most premium assets in the game. As you ponder on your strategy for gameweek 6, read our analysis below to help yourself make informed selections.
Analýza herního týdne
Gameweek 6’s match schedule looks like this:
- Brentford v Manchester United
- Chelsea v Brighton and Hove Albion
- Crystal Palace v Liverpool
- Leeds United v Bournemouth
- Manchester City v Burnley
- Nottingham Forest v Sunderland
- Tottenham Hotspur v Wolverhampton Wanderers
- Aston Villa v Fulham
- Newcastle United v Arsenal
- Everton v West Ham United
Mohamed Salah (£14.5m) is still the main man in FPL, but tying that huge in-game sum down for the man whose powers are seemingly waning is starting to look like a bad idea, especially when Erling Haaland (£14.3m) is firing on all cylinders.
The number of managers playing their Triple Captain chips for gameweek 6 is increasing every hour, thanks to Man City’s week 6 fixture and the Norwegian’s form. If you still have Salah and are thinking about reinvesting those funds, this might be a good bandwagon to jump on.
On the other hand, the game with the most promise for week 6 is Aston Villa v Fulham, thanks to the somewhat equal balance of these teams. Villa is expected to level up, but this season, they have fallen unexpectedly short of expectations.
Yet, nobody can shake the feeling that Unai Emery’s team will deliver the goods soon. Their last outing was an indicator, in fact. Now that they’re coming up against a team like Fulham that could force them to attack and defend at the same time, this is a game to watch and probably invest in.
Nejlepší shody pro výběr aktiv
After careful assessment of each team’s chances, below are the matches where we believe FPL managers can get good returns from and should be considered for asset selection.
Everton v West Ham
West Ham have looked like relegation candidates for two seasons and then some. This means Everton has the chance to get their own slice of the cake. Jarrod Bowen (£7.7m) remains a threat for the Hammers, but Iliman Ndiaye (£6.5m), Jack Grealish (£6.8m), Jordan Pickford (£5.5m) and James Tarkowski (£5.5m), who is one of two defenders to get full defensive contribution points this season, are great picks from this game.
Brentford v Manchester United
Man United will be high on confidence right now after beating Chelsea at Old Trafford last weekend. Bryan Mbeumo (£8.1m) could return to the side to face his old team, and he will have Bruno Fernandes (£9.0m), who is very high on confidence right now, supplying the attacking line. A few Brentford assets are also worth considering, especially Mikkel Damsgaard (£5.9m) and Kevin Schade (£7.0m).
Newcastle v Arsenal
St. James’ Park and Arsenal don’t mix well, which means that FPL managers can cash in on the points on offer from this game from either team. Viktor Gyökeres (£9.0m) is not looking so sharp now, but he might just pick himself back up in this game.
Best Budget/Differential Picks for Gameweek 6
Here are our best differential picks for gameweek 6 of the 2025/26 FPL season.
Tijani Reijnders (£5.6m) — Manchester City
Social media fans trolled the Dutchman after he failed to replicate his week 1 form in weeks 2 and 3, but he has shown what he can do in weeks 4 and 5. With Burnley up ahead, the former AC Milan midfielder has a great fixture to show more of what he can do.
He’s also among the most transferred-in players for the week, with over 280,000 managers trusting him to deliver the goods. Still, his ownership is less than 10%, giving more managers the opportunity to gain from him either as a differential or as a budget option.
Martin Dubravka (£4.0m) — Burnley
If you are looking to play the Bench Boost chip this weekend or within the next three weeks, now would be a good time to bring in Martin Dubravka. This Premier League-tested legend is the perfect backup goalkeeper, and in just 5 games, he has shown why top-flight teams keep trusting him.
He has 19 saves already, which is more than plenty of other goalkeepers, and has racked up 17 points, which is as good as the premium goalkeepers have racked up. If you’re low on funds and need to shore up at the back, Dubravka is the way to go.
Anton Stach (£5.0m) — Leeds United
Leeds are yet to kick their season off properly, but Anton Stach has been their best performer. His average from the last five gameweeks is 5.8 points, and this presents an opportunity for managers, especially with the possibility of chip activation in the next few weeks growing stronger.
Best FPL Players for Week 6
Bruno Fernandes (£9.0m) — Manchester United
Selecting Fernandes this gameweek feels more like selecting a differential, but you can take the risk because Brentford have not been their usual selves this season.
The fact that he is the Red Devils’ main man for set pieces also makes him a good option for the upcoming gameweek, coupled with the potential return of Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha (£8.0m), as highlighted earlier. United should definitely score in this one, and when they do, you can count on Fernandes to be involved in some way.
Mohammed Kudus (£6.6m) — Tottenham Hotspur
The Ghana international’s transition into a creative force is impressive, and with Wolves coming up, there is potential. Four assists in five matches coming up against one of the poorer sides (defensively) this season is very tempting to snap up, and given his price point, it is an absolute steal to have him in your team. He could also score, which means that you will be having a “confidence player” in your team for as long as Spurs are doing okay.
Marcos Senesi (£4.8m) — AFC Bournemouth
Tarkowski and Senesi have collected the two available defensive contribution points in EACH of their five appearances this season, the only players to do so. Senesi is also top 5 transferred-in players this week, with over 410,000 managers bringing him in. He is the highest scoring defender in the game, and is also one of the cheapest. No better time than now, when Bournemouth will take on Leeds, to bring him in.
