EPL Transfers

West Ham have confirmed the arrival of Niclas Füllkrug from Borussia Dortmund. The 31-year-old striker joins the Hammers on a four-year deal and the transfer fee is believed to be around £27 million. (West Ham official announcement)

Sky Sports claims that a deal has been agreed between Manchester City and Atletico Madrid which would see the EPL champions pocket £81 million for Julian Alvarez. The up-front fee will be £64 million, while another £17 million represent potential add-ons. The amount would make it a record sale for City.

After Liverpool have already rejected a £14 million bid from Southampton for Fabio Carvalho, the player is now attracting interest from Leicester as well. The Foxes have tried bringing him in on loan in January, but he joined Hull City instead. (Sky Sports)

Now that the acquisition of Alvarez is almost done and Alexander Sørloth has joined them last week too, Atletico Madrid are more willing to part ways with Samu Omorodion. The 20-year-old Spaniard has been on Chelsea’s radar all summer long. Conor Gallagher moving in the other direction might make the two clubs willing to deal with each other further. Chelsea have seen a £27.4 million bid for Omorodion rejected in June and now it is believed that they need to pay £34.4 million to secure his services. (90min)

Newcastle are expected to return to Crystal Palace with a second offer for centre-back Marc Guehi, after their first bid was rejected. Palace value the 24-year-old Englishman at £60 million, according to Sky Sports.

William Osula is scheduled to undergo a medical ahead of his move from Sheffield United to Newcastle. The Magpies will be paying £10 million for the forward, with another £5 million in add-ons. (Sky Sports)
