FPL Top Picks for Gameweek 11

It’s the last weekend before the final FIFA international break of 2025, which will see Premier League players leave to help their various nations in their bid for qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament.

As usual, this calls for careful selections by all managers ahead of gameweek 11 of the 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League game. All experiments should have been wrapped up by now, and all the gloves should be off, too.

Deliberateness is the name of the game now. Find our analysis of the upcoming gameweek to guide your squad selections and chip strategies for the week.

Gameweek Analysis

Gameweek 11’s match schedule looks like this:

  • Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester United
  • Everton v Fulham
  • West Ham United v Burnley
  • Sunderland v Arsenal
  • Chelsea v Wolverhampton Wanderers
  • Aston Villa v AFC Bournemouth
  • Brentford v Newcastle United
  • Crystal Palace v Brighton and Hove Albion
  • Nottingham Forest v Leeds United
  • Manchester City v Liverpool

This is another week of emphasising the need to consider investing in Crystal Palace assets. Alongside Arsenal assets who are this season’s most valuable assets, the Eagles have been one of the most consistent performers in the Premier League.

Here’s a reminder of their fixture list for the coming weeks:

  • Gameweek 11: Brighton (H)
  • Gameweek 12: Wolves (A)
  • Gameweek 13: Man Utd (H)
  • Gameweek 14: Burnley (A)
  • Gameweek 15: Fulham (A)

Last week, more than 360,000 managers brought in Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.8m) because of this run, and many more splashed the in-game cash on the likes of Marc Guehi (£4.9m), Daniel Munoz (£5.7m) and Maxence Lacroix (£5.0m) because of their ability to rack up defensive contribution points.

As you work out your strategies, consider sparing a slot or two Palace assets.

Best Budget/Differential Picks for Gameweek 11

Here are our best differential picks for gameweek 11 of the 2025/26 FPL season.

Igor Thiago (£6.2m) — Brentford

blank

Viktor Gyokeres (£9.0m) could miss week 11 due to an injury he picked up recently, so FPL managers are looking to quickly replace him. No manager could do worse than consider the budget-friendly Thiago. Only Erling Haaland (£14.8m) has scored on more occasions than Brentford’s six-goal striker this season. Brentford host Newcastle United, who are winless on the road this season, making Thiago a very attractive asset.

Matz Sels (£4.8m) — Nottingham Forest

Sels is a trustworthy goalkeeper in the Premier League and for FPL managers, but his defence has not been able to help him keep a clean sheet so far this season. Forest are looking better under Sean Dyche, and Sels will be in goal as Leeds United visit them for their gameweek 11 fixture. Leeds have struggled in attack in their travels, failing to score in four of their five away matches, which is a good opportunity for a Sels’ clean sheet or save points.

Pedro Neto (£7.1m) — Chelsea

Chelsea will host Wolverhampton Wanderers in week 11, which means that Chelsea players will be some of the most sought after assets for the week. Also, the Blues have a favourable run in the next five game weeks that will see them face Burnley, Leeds and Bournemouth. Neto is currently one of their best performing assets, with three attacking returns in his last three Premier League appearances and 23 Fantasy Premier League points.

Best FPL Players for Week 11

Morgan Gibbs-White (£7.3m) — Nottingham Forest

blank

Since Sean Dyche took over from Ange Postecoglou, Morgan Gibbs-White has returned to form. He has scored twice in Dyche’s first three matches, with one of them being a penalty thanks to the £7.2m-priced Chris Wood’s absence due to injury.

This means he will remain on penalty duties for the foreseeable future, starting with Leeds United in week 11. as far as stats go, he’s ranked among the top eight midfielders for total shots and also shots in the box in 2025/26, with 22 and 14 respectively. With Forest set to face teams that have not kept a clean sheet in the league this season in Leeds (week 11) and Brighton (week 13), now is a good time to bring in Gibbs-White.

Jarrod Bowen (£7.5m) — West Ham United

Nuno Espirito Santo’s West Ham looks worth investing in, and wherever West Ham is mentioned, Jarrod Bowen is the first name that comes to mind. He has been the spark since the Portuguese manager’s arrival, and with Burnley on the horizon for week 11, he is certain to once again be the spark.

Burnley have conceded the third most goals in the Premier League (19) and rank bottom for expected goals conceded (xGC; 20.2). This is right up the Englishman’s alley.

Jean‑Philippe Mateta (£7.8m) — Crystal Palace

Up until gameweek 10, Mateta was a paradox. He was one of the best players in the league, yet one of the least performing in FPL.

blank

This did not stop us from recommending him as a top pick for week 10, because we understand how good he is. He repaid that faith, and has now risen in the stats ranking to have the second highest expected goals (xG) tally of 8.1. Palace’s next match is not the easiest – they face Brighton at Selhurst Park in gameweek 11 and you would expect goals in this game. Mateta is sure to be among them, which has helped him keep his spot once again in our top three picks for week 11.
