Copa America 2024 Coverage with EPLNews

The Copa America 2024 is kicking off today, with holders Argentina taking on Canada.

There are 16 teams in four groups, with South American and North American teams taking part in this year’s showcase.

As usual, we here at EPLNews are always keeping an eye on all things connected to the Premier League, and will be providing coverage of the tournament from the perspective of the 40 Premier League stars who have been called up by their respective nations.

Brighton – 3 players: Tom McGill (Canada), Jeremy Sarmiento (Ecuador), Julio Enciso (Paraguay)

Chelsea – 2 players: Enzo Fernandez (Argentina), Moises Caicedo (Ecuador)

Crystal Palace – 3 players: Jefferson Lerma, Daniel Munoz (both Colombia), Chris Richards (United States)

Fulham – 4 players: Andreas Pereira (Brazil), Luc De Fougerolles (Canada), Tim Ream, Antonee Robinson (both United States)

Liverpool – 4 players: Alexis Mac Allister (Argentina), Alisson Becker (Brazil), Luis Diaz (Colombia), Darwin Núñez (Uruguay)

Manchester City – 2 players: Julian Alvarez (Argentina), Yan Couto (Brazil)

Manchester United – 3 players: Alejandro Garnacho, Lisandro Martinez (both Argentina), Facundo Pellistri (Uruguay)

Newcastle United – 2 players: Bruno Guimaraes (Brazil), Miguel Almiron (Paraguay)

Nottingham Forest – 2 players: Brandon Aguilera (Costa Rica), Matt Turner (United States)

Tottenham Hotspur – 3 players: Giovani Lo Celso, Cristian Romero (both Argentina), Rodrigo Bentancur (Uruguay)

West Ham United – 3 players: Lucas Paqueta (Brazil), Michail Antonio (Jamaica), Edson Alvarez (Mexico)

Wolverhampton Wanderers – 2 players: Joao Gomes (Brazil), Dexter Lembikisa (Jamaica)

Everton, Ipswich Town, Leicester City and Southampton do not have any players called up to the Copa America 2024.
