Now that the Premier League 2023-24 season has come to an end, champions have been crowned, teams have been relegated, European spots have been (almost) sealed and, more importantly, the EPLNews awards have been handed out.
Since all that is behind us now, it’s time to go full-throttle into ‘silly season’, and keep a very close eye on all transfer rumours involving Premier League teams.

Alexis Mac Allister is said to have a ‘secret release clause’ worth £60 million in his contract with Liverpool, according to DSPORTS Radio in Argentina. They also claim that Real Madrid are ready to trigger it this summer.
In terms of incomings for the Reds, Fichajes are saying that Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Odilon Kossounou is of interest to Liverpool. However, they will have to fend off interest shown by Manchester United for him.
Turkish outlet Takvim are letting us know that Arsenal will open formal negotiations with Fenerbahce next month for left-back Ferdi Kadioglu.
Teun Koopmeiners, a target for Liverpool and Juventus thanks to his impressive season at Atalanta, is also of interest to Chelsea. The Blues are ready to pay the £51 million price set by his club. (Tutto Juve)
Manchester United have already submitted a bid worth £60 million to Brentford for star striker Ivan Toney. To sweeten the deal, they will offer the Bees the chance to re-sign Christian Eriksen. (Fichajes)
According to The Mirror, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou wants a new striker and defensive midfielder to arrive before next season, while a number of players are expected to be let go.

Manchester United and Chelsea have both held ‘loose talks’ with outgoing Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel. If he can’t secure a return to the Premier League, he will be looking to take a break from management. (Sky Sports Germany)
The Independent tells us that Arsenal have two top striker targets: Newcastle’s Alexander Isak and Ajax’s Brian Brobbey. The Gunners are planning on sealing either deal early, so that the new striker joins them on the US pre-season tour.

90min is reporting that Chelsea’s valuation of Trevor Chalobah stands at £25 million. They believe that his homegrown status will appeal to many Premier League clubs.
Going back to Fabrizio Romano, we find out that not only Alisson is a big goalkeeping target for the Saudi Pro League. Ederson is reportedly also on their list, and Manchester City could entertain a good proposal, as the Brazilian is ‘considering his possibilities’ and the club is leaving the decision up to him.
talkSPORT is saying that City are also willing to allow Bernardo Silva to leave this summer, amid long-standing interest from Barcelona. The newly-crowned EPL champions are looking for at least £50 million for the midfielder.
Le Parisien reports that Liverpool have entered the race to sign highly-rated Lille defender Leny Yoro but face competition from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
In closing, two rumours from talkSPORT. Firstly, we understand that Newcastle United are close to bringing in Tosin Adarabioyo and Lloyd Kelly on free transfers from Fulham and Bournemouth respectively.
